Consulting, Training & Development

Elias is an AI Learning Experience Designer at Nexi Consulting, where he designs and develops eLearning content at the intersection of artificial intelligence, instructional design, and visual communication. Since joining Nexi in 2024, he has built AI-assisted workflows and produced motion graphics and interactive course content that makes complex technical topics genuinely engaging.

His work sits where technology meets learning: from crafting eLearning courses in Adobe Captivate and After Effects, to exploring agentic AI and local model deployment. A self-taught programmer with experience in Python, JavaScript, and Swift, Elias brings a builder's mindset to everything he does — whether he's designing a course, automating a workflow, or figuring out something new from scratch.

Outside of work, he speaks four languages, has a habit of turning up in places he's never been before, and is never far from a project he probably started at midnight.

Motto

“The best way to understand something is to build it.”
