As a dialogic organization development and leadership trainer, Michael helps managers and leaders to resonate and remain relevant in the digital transformation arena. Focused on new leadership paradigms and new organization models, he creates and delivers coaching, training, and mentoring.
Michael has a strong background in management, leadership, business development, and sales. In the past 20 years, he has been working for a number of IT companies, and it’s been a long time since he delivered his first training in 1999. Since then, he has intensively developed his expertise in leadership and sales training development and delivery.
In recent years, Michael has developed and delivered management training for companies around the globe. Because he is passionate about the development of groups and individuals, he spends time in an education program for systemic ‘Gestalt’-Coaching (IGE). Today, he is able to go beyond the classroom and to accompany leaders and managers along their personal and professional transformation.
Michael has been working with NEXI since 2008 and provides learning content design and development in account management and sales training.
Based on his expertise in leadership development, he is writing a very timely book, Dialogic Leadership, which will be released early in 2019.
Michael truly believes that as human beings we are more than just a role in an org chart. What makes his life even richer is reading, writing, and the performing arts. He is an active member of an actors studio, where he performs in theater. Staying on stage, improvising, acting, and playing roles help him to keep his public speaking skills sharp. Additionally, to maintain his physical condition, he enjoys sports activities like yoga and running.
